My Echad programmes offer 3 to 7 days tailor made courses devised to build an ideal foundation for the achievement of inner balance either through one-on-one sessions, group programs or week long private retreats.
Hatha yoga for adults works towards purifying from within, and for adolescents it is a technique to bring focus through yogic relaxation. The journey to self discovery begins with Echad.

Yoga is the awakening of the consciousness. Ancient Indian philosophy has been a proponent of holistic living. Footprints from ancient eras prove that man has sought progression towards self-actualization through yoga.
Echad (pronounced as ekh-awd) is at the core of harmony. In Yoga, this is the unity of three constituents- asana, pranayam and contemplation through silence.

When you seek peace and an elemental union with the universe, Yoga helps you find the perfect equilibrium of agility, vitality, emotional and physical well being

Yoga balances, harmonizes, purifies and strengthens the body, mind and soul. It paves the way to good health, perfect mind control and sublime peace with one's own Self, the world, nature and God.
